Almanac Farmer’s Reserve Blueberry – Farmer’s Reserve Blueberry is a golden ale fermented with our house sour culture. After primary fermentation, the beer is racked into wine barrels on top of mounds of freshly picked Northern California blueberries. After many months of maturing in the barrels, the beer takes on a luscious purple-pink tone, berry flavors and a lip smacking tartness. Farmer’s Reserve Blueberry is alive in the bottle and will continue to mature gracefully for years. Pair with funky cheeses, citrusy winter salads and robust meat dishes like short ribs or venison. ABV: 7%

Prairie Funky Gold Amarillo – Funky Gold Amarillo is the second beer in our dry-hopped sour ale series. We took our sour golden ale, Gold, and gave it a heavy dosing of Amarillo hops. The result is a beer that is a mix of topical fruit and Prairie funk. Notes of peach, orange, white wine, and citrusy brett can be found in the flavor and aroma. ABV: 7.5%
