Mother Earth Boo Koo IPA – There is something really intriguing about a beer that is light in color, yet still infused with huge aroma and flavor, isn’t there? It deceives the senses in a pleasant, yet completely surprising way; tasting great beer tends to be like that. So much of what we “expect” to taste, influences our opinion even before we actually do the tasting. Today, we ask that you set any preconceived notions aside so that you can take in the unexpected. A simple grain bill of pils, light crystal, and a bit of wheat, combined with a vigorous hop dosing of Mosaic and Simcoe make this beer just bookoo enough. Just don’t call it “too bookoo!” ABV 7.5%

El Segundo Brewing Mosaic Pale – Mosaic Pale Ale begins as a straightforward, balanced American Pale Ale. We then add an irresponsible amount of Mosaic hops. This double dry-hopping results in a hop monster with huge aroma jumping out of the glass. Pour vivaciously into your favorite tapered glass. Smell, drink, repeat. ABV 5.5%

El Segundo Brewing Blue House IPA – Full bodied and noticeably more amber in color than most California IPAs. This flagship IPA is bursting with fruity hop character, balanced well by a rich, silky body. The Simcoe hop makes itʼs distinct presence known with pine and passionfruit notes with Cascade filling in. Itʼs hop aroma is complex and hearty, and is mirrored in the palette. This IPA has a pronounced malt profile with a touch of caramel showing, yet the beer finishes dry. The bigger body gives more of a base for the hop character to grow from, and more to balance. ABV 6.9% | 57 IBU
