It’s Time To Get Your Beers Out of the Family Fridge
If you are a family man and an absolute beer geek, you will completely relate to this story. After a few trips to the bottle shop, a couple of trade boxes come in and a few crowlers from your favorite local brewery and you have completely packed your refrigerator. There gets to be a point where your kids can’t reach the milk and there is no room for food. Sometimes our eyes are bigger than our stomachs when we purchase beer throughout the month, especially when brewery after brewery holds that special online release you just can’t say no to.
After shuffling stuff around, and jamming cans in between bags of lettuce, I decided it was time to take the plunge and get myself a dedicated beer fridge. After shopping around, I found a beer fridge for myself, and one for co-founder Jonny, as he has the same issue as me: too much beer in the family fridge.
We picked out two NewAir fridges, the NewAir 84-Can Beer Cooler | ABR-960B (Pictured) for my man cave, and the larger one, the NewAir 126-Can Beer Cooler | AB-1200B for Jonny. What appealed to us the most was the details. All my life, I’ve always bought some rickety used fridge off of craigslist, but these units were pristine. Perfect adjustable / removable chrome plated racks, easy to find temperature dial, and an eye pleasing LED light. If you take a look at my picture again, you’ll see you can arrange the racks to accommodate the popular 16 oz. beer cans which is a huge bonus.
So now, my beers are out of the crisper and I have a fly new fridge out in the man cave. Because it’s brand new, it’s not an energy hog like something you’d find at a yard sale, nor does it make a loud hum. These fridges are slick.
If you want to please your family, clear up space for actual food in your family fridge, head on over to NewAir to get either of these fridges.

What about bottles? Like 22oz wax topped barrel aged stout Bombers, 375mL corked topped sours and the regular old 12 oz. standard. I need a mega frig with glass doors to show my collection off to my brew club.
