Is that Christmas money burning a hole in your pocket? Sick of packing up trade boxes? We feel you. Our partners over at CraftShack just got in a shipment of some amazing craft beer goodies that you’ll want to order up and subsequently drink. Check out the following beers and if they don’t float your boat, browse around from hundreds of different offerings.
Sante Adairius Saison Bernice: Saison Bernice is an exquisitely fermented farmhouse ale. Dry and refreshing, Bernice is made of the freshest on-hand and locally available ingredients. She receives multiple yeast additions, including Brettanomyces, and is further aged in the bottle.
Jackie O’s Oro Negro – Oil of Aphrodite with Cacao, Habenero, Oak, Cinnamon and Vanilla
Pohjala Pime OO Islay BA – A special version of the Pime Oo imperial stout, aged for months in whisky barrels from Islay (mostly Laphroaig)
About the Brewery: Estonian Masterpieces. When was the last time you drank a cool glass of Estonian craft beer? Unless you’re drinking Pohjala *(say “poy-hya-la”), it’s probably been a while. Estonia isn’t exactly the first place to come to mind when you think “craft beer,” but these folks are making powerful ales that will at least put the country on your mental map.
The Collective Suspicious Delicious – 100% Brett Fermented Oak-Aged Amber Saison
Revision Brewing BRUFF – We found an old mechanical hop picking machine in the fields of England, in the shadow of Stonehenge. With a lot of work, a modicum of sweat and a little monkey grease, the newly refurbished machine has been repurposed to deliver hop flavor to your mouth as efficiently as possible. Featuring a heap of citrusy Citra and mounds of mango-ish Mosaic hops conveyor belted on a base of wheat and flaked oats.
