B. Nektar Cherry Chipotle – The sweet matches the heat in this brilliant wine with a kick. We started with Michigan wildflower honey and a ton of Michigan cherry juice. Once fermented, we added a lion’s share of red chipotle peppers to give it a smokey character and medium spice level. A fantastic wine for dessert. Try pairing this with rich chocolate cake. ABV: 14%

B. Nektar Sleeping Giant – Once upon a time a giant was imprisoned inside a rye whiskey barrel. For over a year he sat in silence and total darkness and finally, he fell asleep. In time the world forgot about him. Until one day, a brave mead maker with a magical mustache discovered the giant, and put it in a bottle. ABV: 15.1%
