**UPDATE**
WE WILL BE SERVING A KEG OF THE “SALT OF THE EARTH,” A ONE TIME OFFERING THAT HAS NOT BEEN SERVED OUTSIDE OF THE BRUERY PROVISIONS STORE! This traditional German beer has it’s origins in Leipzeig and is a unfiltered wheat beer with ground coriander and the addition of salt. This slightly tart and acidic beer has a refreshing and bitter salt finish. This beer has been nearing extinction but recently has seen a mini revival. One of only three produced on U.S. soil this beer is not to be missed!
