River Horse Beer Dinner At Resto
River Horse and Resto are teaming up to create a beer dinner like no other before. Though we won’t be serving hippopotamus, Chef Bobby Hellen has created a four course veal tasting menu. The brewery owner, Chris Walsh, has paired each course with both classic and seasonal ales and will also be in attendance. Each pairing lends its own unique flavor profile to this culinary experience.

Veal shoulder, potato terrine, garlic and rosemary cream.

Pumpkin bread pudding, caramel
