Cambridge Brewing Night of the Living YEM Release
(Cambridge, MA) – On Tuesday November 24, Cambridge Brewing is hosting Night of the Living YEM. Yes, this marks the official release of this year’s YouEnjoyMyStout, our bourbon-barrel aged Imperial Stout. This night will be a bottle release and sampling event in one! We’ll be serving four variations of YEM including the beloved original, a cold-infused George Howell Coffee version, another with Taza cocoa nibs and finally a version steeped with toasted coconut.
YouEnjoyMyStout!, our 10.5% abv Bourbon-barrel aged Imperial Stout will return with a few friends!
We will have 4 different variants of YEM available on draft:
- YEM – the one you know and love!
- YEM with cold-infused George Howell Coffee
- YEM with Taza Cocoa Nibs
- YEM with Toasted Coconut
We will have bottles for sale just in time for your Thanksgiving Dinner!
Chef Dave will also have some great specials to pair with the beer offerings. His menu includes Roasted Grass Fed Beef Bone Marrow, a Beer Braised Lamb Shank over Barley Risotto and Cranberries and a YEM Float with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream!
