1st Course – Grilled Fuji Apple and Smoked Butternut Squash Bisque with Crème Fraiche, Crispy Prosciutto topped with Australian Lobster – Calico Amber Ale

2nd Course – Mixed Green Salad with Balsamic Vinegrette topped with Smoked Gouda & Mandarin Oranges – Schooner

3rd Course – Cedar Plank Salmon topped with a fire Roasted Heirloom Tomato Coulis, served with grilled fingerling potatoes tossed with a Nicoise Dressing – San Salvador Saison
