Atlanta, GA – SweetWater is looking for a motivated connected, outgoing Tasting Room and Events Manager for the brewery.

This roll is full time and the hours are flexible based on the event schedule at the brewery. Compensation is Base Salary, plus bonus, plus event specific compensation along with health benefits. This role will report directly to Steve Farace, SweetWater’s Marketing Manager and a key position at SweetWater.

The person qualified for this job will be expected to run the tasting room and events business for SweetWater completely and function independently within the SweetWater Brewery. Please email cover letter and relevant experience with event related references to Steve Farace at [email protected]

Responsibilities Running SweetWater’s Tours Wed, Thur, Fri 5:30 till 7:30 and Sat 2:30 till 4:30
Delivering SweetWater culture to the thousands of guest who visit our brewery every month
Managing, educating, and training SweetWater’s Tour & Event Staff
QuickBooks Profit and Loss Accounting and budgeting for Tasting Room
Booking & Managing Events in SweetWater’s tasting room
Point for Customer Interaction and service

Experience College Degree
Min 2 Years in Event Management related field
Min 1 year managing staff
Advanced Knowledge of QuickBooks
Advance Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of Microsoft POS
Understanding of SweetWater’s Culture and beers
