Aperitif
Blonde German Pale Ale

First Course
Brocolli Beer Cheese Soup served in a half bread bowl paired with American Amber. The malty characteristics of Amber mirror the bread flavors while the hops cut through the richness of the cheese and leave the palate refreshed.

Salad
Mixed greens with feta, red pepper, cucumber and pesto paired with Noel Tripel. The beer matches the salad’s flavor profile with crisp assertiveness and a light body.

Entree
Lemon Garlic Chicken with Steamed Greens and Cous Cous (vegetarian option available) paired with Hoppy Boy IPA. The hops meld with the lemon and garlic while the breadiness of the malts fulfill the palate and the crisp, bitter finish puts a wonderful end to every bite.

Dessert
A variety of local chocolates paired with Espresso Stout and Northstar Imperial Porter, two beers that range in versatility alongside the chocolates and compliment every possible flavor pairing.
