Tree House Brewing 4th Anniversary – June 25, 2016
Four years! A lot has changed at Tree House since 2012 when we began selling fresh hoppy creations and decadent dark beers ten gallons at a time.
On June 25th we will assemble a large and varied draft list of our very favorite beers, along with food, entertainment, and other surprises to celebrate!
DETAILS!
When? June 25th, 2016 from 1 PM to 5 PM.
Where? On the grounds at Tree House Brewing Company at 160 East Hill Road in Monson, MA.
What? A party to celebrate four years of Tree House, and to share beers with those who have supported us so wonderfully since our inception.
Ticket holders will receive 12 drink tickets redeemable for any beer available at the festival. Pours will be between five and eight ounces depending upon the strength and availability of the beer.
For the second year in a row our good friend BT of BT’s Smokehouse will be slinging delicious barbecue and sides for your enjoyment! Food service is all inclusive of your entry fee and is all you can eat.
We have an incredible line-up of entertainment for the day… The Feel Good drift, featuring Dean’s son Alex on lead vocals and guitar, will take us into the afternoon with classic sing along songs, and the Music Levels Collective, featuring Tree House’s own Pete Aleksi, Darby Wolf, and Ted Sullivan will funk us into the evening.

How will tickets work? 375 tickets will be made available on Eventbrite on a first come, first served basis starting at 6 PM on Sunday, May 29th. Folks wishing to attend will have the option to purchase up to two tickets. At checkout you will be prompted to enter just your name (if purchasing one ticket) or your name and the name of your guest (if purchasing two tickets). In short, if you wish to purchase two tickets and bring a guest, you must know who your guest is before purchasing tickets. On the day of the festival ticket holders will need to present a valid ID at the gate to gain entry (so we can corroborate their name with our guest list), along with their ticket. Tickets are non-transferrable.
How much? Tickets are $125 each. Tickets are all inclusive of food, twelve drink tickets, & entertainment.

Designated drivers. Ticket purchasers are entitled to one free designated driver entry per ticket. Ticket holders must present their designated driver the day of the festival along with their identification. They do not need a physical ticket. We respectfully ask that festival attendees group the use of designated drivers where possible (ie. if four people are attending together, we ask that you coordinate with one DD). Designated drivers must be 21 + years of age. We strongly encourage the use of designated drivers for the event. Designated drivers will have the option to purchase food from truck vendors other than BT’s Smokehouse along with an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages. They will not be allowed to share beer with attendees, and we reserve the right to remove you from the festival for violating this rule.
What else?
Though tickets are non-transferrable, we are willing to make exceptions for extenuating circumstances. If, for some reason, you are unable to attend the festival, please e-mail the brewery directly and we will work with you to allow a transfer or to release the tickets for resale.
There are several options for camping nearby, which we encourage! Sunset View Campground / Partridge Hollow / etc. Also, Sturbridge is teeming with great lodging options.
The event is rain or shine!
The Retail Shop will be closed the day of the festival; however, we will have a booth set up for merchandise sales.
We understand that the needs of guests may vary, so suggestions are more than welcome!
FAQ – PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING A QUESTION
Will you have bottle and can sales the day of the festival?
No – the retail shop will be closed the day of the party. Beer will be available for sale on Wednesday – Friday, like normal.
Can we bottle sharing before, during, or after the festival on Tree House grounds?
Bottle sharing is not permitted.
Does my designated driver get all they can eat BT’s?
No – all you can eat BT’s is for paid ticket holders only. There will be food trucks available to DD’s where they can purchase food or non-alcoholic drink.
Are kids allowed at the event?
Kids will not be allowed at the party this year.
