Sixpoint Craft Ales Does Brunch At Garces Trading Company

Philadelphia, PA – On Saturday and Sunday, December 10 and 11 from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m., Garces Trading Company will offer a Beer Brunch menu featuring Brooklyn’s Sixpoint Brewery.  For $25 per person, guests can enjoy four beer-friendly dishes paired with a flight of Sixpoint craft beers, or can choose to order any of the special plates or beers a la carteto complement the restaurant’s full brunch menu.

Beer Brunch dishes and pairings will include:

• Bread Basket with Sixpoint Coffee Stout bread, Olive Oil Scones, Bacon Sticky Buns with Sixpoint Diesel beer glaze and Twice-baked Brioche with Belgian Rye, a Belgian style dark ale with rye and chocolate flavors;
•  Mortadella Kielbasa with house mustard and caramelized onions, paired with Righteous Ale, a rye ale with earthy hops and sweet malt;
• Pancetta Pizza with tomato-squash fondue, fior di latte and basil, paired with Bengali Tiger IPA, an India Pale Ale with a citrus aroma;
• and Croque Auvergnat with prosciutto cotto, fourme d’ambert and fried egg, paired withDiesel, a dark stout beer with a toffee sweetness finish.

For this brunch, guests will also be able to order Otis Oatmeal Stout, Garces Reserva Version.  This custom collaboration beer combines Sixpoint’s signature stout Otis infused with Garces Trading Company’s Reserva Coffee.
