Mission Beach Cafe is a true San Francisco neighborhood eatery. Run by possibly the youngest head chef in the city, Thomas Martinez, 22, brings with him a “Seasonal Progressive” style of cooking as well as experience at some of San Francisco’s most highly acclaimed restaurants, including: Greens, Aziza, Roots, and Foreign Cinema. The meal will be complemented by one of pastry chef, Alan Carter’s delicious desserts.
Shmaltz Brewing Company, born in the heart of The Mission, has spent the last 12 years producing deliciously out-of-the-box concoctions that have swiftly gained popularity with the growth of the brand. This Mission Beach Cafe collaboration will feature:
- Coney Island Albino Python, the only domestically produced white lager, brewed with sweet orange peel, crushed fennel seed, and ginger.
- Coney Island Sword Swallower, a hoppy I.P.A. inspired lager.
- Coney Island Human Blockhead, a tough-as-nails American strong lager.
- HE’BREW Messiah Bold, a delicious nut brown ale.
- HE’BREW Bittersweet Lenny’s R.I.P.A, Shmalt’z most award-winning beer…a rye-based, double I.P.A.
AND THE LAUNCH OF
HE’BREW Rejewvenator, a half doppelbock, half Belgian-inspired dubbel, brewed with all natural date concentrate.
