Ritual Tavern 5th Anniversary Beer Dinner Featuring AleSmith

From Alesmith Brewing – Congratulations to our friends at Ritual Tavern who are turning 5 years old and to celebrate, we’re teaming up with Chef Kyle Bergman for a five course brewer’s dinner!  The dinner will take place on Thursday, September 27th at 7pm and reservations are required.

First Course
Duo of Chilled Melon Soups; Habanero Chile/Sweet Mint, Proscuitto Dust

Coriander Cured Salmon, Heirloom Tomato & Jicama Salad with Basil & Mint
