Mother Road Brewing 3rd Anniversary Celebration
Flagstaff, AZ – Mother Road Brewing is celebrating their third anniversary with an open brewhouse, potluck and special keg tappings. Celebration events from 9am-9pm. As in years past the public is welcome to come and participate in the brewing of the anniversary ale – stir the mash, add some hops, turn a valve.
Each year on the anniversary of opening their doors, Mother Road brews an anniversary ale. A small portion of the previous year’s anniversary ale is poured into the new batch. The recipe changes each year, and this year’s iteration will be an Imperial Stout with loads of dark malt notes, roast, and espresso.
The brew day will be followed by a potluck in the Tap Room where guests are encouraged to come and celebrate with special beer tappings, including a keg of Second Anniversary, a Belgian Golden Strong Ale.
Reserve Your Anniversary Bottle:
This year’s anniversary bottles will be released in mid-December. 750 hand-signed wax-dipped bottles will be produced and will be available for purchase at the Tap Room. You may email Sharon at [email protected] to reserve your anniversary bottle today.
Schedule of celebration:
Open Brewhouse and Tours: 9am to 3pm – Come participate in the brewing of our anniversary ale!
Founders Toast: 10am+/- Enjoy our traditional tasting of the Anniversary Ale Wort.
Celebration Supper: 4pm-6pm – Bring a Dish, Side or Dessert to share. Come hungry!
Brewer’s Toast: 6pm – Raise a pint and celebrate three years of Mother Road Beer.
