Heavy Seas – Davy Jones Release Party

Join the crew from Heavy Seas for the release of the latest Mutiny Fleet offering, Davy Jones Lager (Imperial Cream Ale). Jul 12 – 6:00pm – 9:00pm

This new recipe for 2011 was created by the newest addition to our brewing team, Kevin Ashford. Kevin will be there leading the celebration of his first Heavy Seas recipe.

Davy Jones was fermented using lager yeast at ‘ale’ temperatures then slowly lowered down to ‘lager’, taking the yeast from the top down to the depths of Davy Jones’ locker.
