Empire Brewfest 2012
The Empire Brewfest is better, faster and stronger than ever before. First and foremost the Empire Brewfest is now a TWO DAY EVENT! The first day is the traditional brewfest you all know and love. The second day will be a BBQ extravaganza featuring the American BBQ Championships. Pitmasters will descend on Syracuse to battle it out and YOU get to chow down on all the lip smacking goodness.
Here are some other improvements we know you will love
- A more efficient system of entry into the event, ensuring everyone is through the door when the taps start to pour.
- The return of the larger 5oz sampling glass.
- An expanded brewer presence with representatives from their respective breweries at the tents ready to share stories about their latest tasty creations.
- Onsite brewer presentations, more beer, more food and many first time event breweries.
The masterminds behind this year’s unprecedented expansion of excellence are the members of the newly formed Empire Brewfest Advisory Board. A group of 14 craft brew enthusiasts who united with the event organizer to create a World Class brew event in 2012 and beyond. We love the Empire Brewfest and we take pride in Syracuse as its host.
