Design a T-Shirt for The Bruery and Win!
The Bruery is holding a T-Shirt Contest. Read on for the rules, the prizes and the deadline.
Dear Bruery fans,
To commemorate the opening of The Bruery Provisions, we’re in need of new, original, beertastic t-shirt designs. Since our fans have such good taste in all things (especially beer), and some of you are talented designers and artists (or at least think you are after a couple of beers), we thought it would be great for you to come up with our next designs!
Head to http://www.thebruery.com/tshirtcontest.html for the full info, rules and terms and conditions or continue reading below.
The Prize:
The artists who design the two winning shirts will get a $50 gift card to the store as well as five (5) of their own t-shirts in whatever sizes they need for themselves and their friends. You can use the gift card for tasting flights, beer to go, cheese, more shirts, or whatever else it is that you want from The Bruery Provisions (though you must be 21 or older for any alcohol purchases).
Details:
— We’ve posted our logo below if you’d like to use it for your design (but you don’t have to use it). The sky is the limit. Colors, black and white, we don’t care. It can just be a cool font for our name or it can be a drawing of a beer knight fighting a dragon. We just want to see the best you’ve got (that you think people want to wear)!
— We will be deciding on two different designs to be made into shirts and sold at our new retail outlet, The Bruery Provisions in Old Towne Orange.
— All designs should be submitted to [email protected] as a jpg. It does not need to be submitted on a tshirt template, but that might help it look good. If you are chosen as the winner, we will contact you for a better quality file (hopeully a psd, ai, eps or likewise so that our printer can scale it properly).
— The deadline for submissions is Sunday, July 18, 2010 at 11:59 PM, PST.
— There is no limit as to how many designs you submit, but you can only win for one (1) design.
— Winners will be announced on or around Friday, July 23, 2010.
— Questions can be submitted to [email protected]
— Winners must verify that they agree to the legal conditions posted here.
Have fun! We can’t wait to see what you come up with.
Cheers!
The Bruery

Let me get this straight. If I design a t-shirt and I win, I get $50 gift card to spend on them and five t-shirts. Bruery doesn’t have to pay anyone to design it. They sell it for $15+ a piece when it costs maybe $6-7 to make. They make a bunch of cash. Bruery wins.
It sounds like there Reserve Society membership again. You paid $200 for a few bottles of beer and the “privilege” of being first to buy their other new beers. They make a quick $78,000 off some dumb people from their membership dues. I am sorry, not a fan of the Bruery.
