Raleigh, North Carolina – Prepare yourself for a night of food and beer as Big Boss Brewing Company of Raleigh hosts Casktoberfest: a craft beer and Bavarian Food experience! To celebrate the Oktoberfest Season, Big Boss is putting together their largest selection of cask conditioned ales ever assembled for a single event with a focus on our very popular fall seasonal release: Harvest Time Pumpkin Ale!
Proceeds for this event will benefit Red Cross Hurrican efforts in NC! – Thursday, September 29th 2011 doors at 4pm
To bring the German festival theme full circle we’ve teamed up with local caterers OTTO to offer authentic Bavarian cuisine for the event! Here is a sneak Peak of the food menu Otto has created:
