Beat The Heat With Arizona Winter Fest

Scottsdale, AZ – Grab a scarf and get ready for this summer’s coolest event, the third annual Beat the Heat Winter Beer Fest is coming to Scottsdale, August 24-25. Summer is usually an off season for Arizona festivals, but the Beat the Heat Winter Beer Fest is chilling things down with a whole lot of ice cold AC, live entertainment, craft beer, spirits, wine and food.

“This event has grown in popularity over the last couple of years so we’ve decided to add an extra day and keep the party going longer. We’ve also added a special loft area for wine and spirits lovers,” said event organizer Dan Flanigan.

The Beat the Heat Winter Beer Fest is held at the Venue Scottsdale, 7117 E. Third Avenue, Scottsdale, AZ. This two-day event is held on Friday August 24, from 5-9 p.m. and continues on Saturday, August 25, 1-6 p.m., with live entertainment from Free Play on Friday and the local classic rock band, US Marshall performing on Saturday.

Winter Beer Fest patrons will enjoy craft beer from 25 different local and national breweries including Boulder Beer, ShockTop, Full Sail Brewing, Coronado Brewing, Maui Brewing, Sierra Nevada, Old World Brewing, Bison Brewing, Odell’s Brewing, Left Coast brewing, Phoenix Ale Brewing, Prescott Brewing Company, SanTan Brewing Company and more. The new wine and spirits loft will feature Hammer and Sickle Vodka, Sol de Mexico Tequila and Purus Vodka. Beat the Heat Winter Beer Fest is a 21 and older event, no exceptions.

The Venue Scottsdale’s newest restaurant, K.I.S.S. Back East Pizza and Beef Joint will be on hand preparing delicious eats that pair perfectly with craft beer including a variety of sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs and other things that can be eaten with one hand while sipping beer with the other.

Presale tickets to the Beat the Heat Winter Beer Fest are available online for $25 per day. Day of admission is $30 per day.
