Beachwood BBQ Sixth Anniversary
Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach will be celebrating its 6th Anniversary with a week long Winterfest Tues. 12/18 to Sun. 12/23. All week Beachwood will be offering a special four course pre-fixe craft beer-paired dinner in Celebration of the Pig!
Menu items will include (available after 5pm for $35 a person):
- Pickled Pigs Feet Salad
- Braised Port Cheek with brussels spouts, pickled apples and turnip puree
- Port Belly confit with salsify, braised cabbage and bacon gastrique
- Bacon Sugar Cookie served with a glass of chocolate spiced milk
Beachwood will be doing a special tapping of last years anniversary beer–High Five, a saison made with Chinese long pepper, saffron and annatto seed, aged on brettanomyces. It is the only keg in existence! There will also be a Winterfest 2012 draft list consisting of world-class vintage and new holiday craft beers from around the world. Including Beachwood’s favorites from previous years’ anniversary brews from New Belgium Brewing Co., The Bruery, Triple Rock Brewing and more.
