All Local Beer Dinner With Pairings From Cambridge Brewing Co. and edibleBOSTON
Cambridge, MA – Since the very beginning we’ve been committed to serving the freshest beer in town. Over the past several years, we’ve been adding more and more locally sourced produce and meats from all around Massachusetts and New England to our menu. From Scituate to Cape Cod for seafood, Dudley and Ipswich for meats, and Concord and Unity, ME for our produce, we’re committed to providing the tastiest, freshest food available.
As you know, Massachusetts doesn’t have the most accommodating winter weather. It’s barely 10 degrees out there as I write this. But we don’t let that stop us. Our mission to source locally isn’t only for when it’s convenient. So when edibleBOSTON magazine asked if we’d be interested in co-hosting an All Local Dinner with Beer pairings in February, we jumped at the chance. Sure it wouldn’t be easy, but we like a good challenge around here.
The dinner will be four courses designed by CBC Executive Chef David Drew using only local and fresh ingredients to be paired with Brewmaster Will Meyers’ hand-crafted seasonal brews. There will be representatives from edibleBOSTON magazine, our brew staff and some of the farms featured on the menu. This dinner will be sure to warm your soul on a cold February evening.
There are only 60 seats available (many have already sold!) and reservations are required. The price is $75 in advance and includes all tax and gratuity.
We’ve accepted the challenge and we hope you’ll join us on Wednesday, February 27th at 7pm for our latest entirely local Beer Dinner. To reserve your spot today, call Laura or Steve at 617 494-1994.
The menu and beer list will be available soon. Between you and me, I happen to know that House Cured Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin and Lobster Tempura will be among the many tasty treats on the menu.
Cheers!
