4th Annual OC Brew Ha Ha Festival at Oak Canyon September 7
(Silverado, Calif.) – Saturday, September 7 welcomes the 4th Annual OC Brew Ha Ha craft beer festival at the beautiful Oak Canyon Private Park in Silverado near Irvine Lake. Over 70 award-winning breweries will be showcasing over 175 craft and import beers in support of the Orange County Fallen Firefighters Relief Fund. Voted “Orange County’s BEST Beer Festival” by the OC Beer Society three years in a row, the event features unique beer-parings with cuisines from local restaurants and food trucks, exclusive beer tasting seminars by renowned experts, and live entertainment.
Annually OC Brew Ha Ha presents the highest quality craft beer and food for connoisseurs with a discerning palette to celebrate the rapidly expanding craft beer industry. The event features an unprecedented line up of pours from renowned breweries including Clown Shoes, The Bruery and Bootleggers Brewery alongside some of the top new breweries in the Southern California beer scene including Ritual Brewing Co., Valiant Brewing Company and Refuge Brewery.
Beer Appreciation Seminars will be conducted by craft beer legends including CEO and Co-Founder of Stone Brewing Co. Greg Koch, Craft Beer Ambassador and Certified Cicerone® from Stone Brewing World Bistro and Gardens “Dr.” Bill Sysak, Co-Founder of Firestone Walker Brewing Co. David Walker and many more. Multiple beer friendly food trucks and vendors will be on-site serving up the perfect beer pairing eats. A Gray Cloud Cigar appreciation area with cigar and beer pairing experts is a new addition to this year’s festival amenities. OC Brew Ha Ha also offers guests live entertainment, games, industry exhibitor booths and complimentary water and parking.
In memory of 9/11, proceeds from the festival support the Fallen Fire Fighters Relief Fund, a non-profit organization that aids surviving families of Orange County Firefighters lost in the line-of-duty. Local off duty firefighters join the brewers on-site to pour beer for this special event.
General admission tickets are $45 and include event access from 1-4 p.m., a commemorative festival glass and ten 4oz. tastes. VIP tickets are $60 and include early event entrance at 12 p.m., a commemorative festival glass, fifteen 4oz. tastes and access to an exclusive beer appreciation session with renowned industry experts. OC Brew Ha Ha is a rain or shine event and is restricted to those beer fans 21 years and older. Designated driver tickets may be purchased on-site for $20 and must accompany a paid OC Brew Ha Ha guest.
