For the first time ever: MA Brewers Guild Collaboration Brew!
On Friday, August 2nd a dozen brewers from the Mass Brewers Guild came together at Mayflower Brewing Company to collectively brew a first of its kind collaboration beer. The limited release beer, a cask English Mild, will be unveiled at this year’s Mass Brewers Fest, but will have a unique twist. Each brewer will take the base beer home and give it their own special touch – adding a favorite hop, signature ingredient, aging the beer in barrels, etc. – showcasing the brewer’s art and creativity in each cask & ready to be tasted at the Fest.

Massachusetts is home to some of the world’s best craft beer – more than 50 brewers in total – and in 2007, Massachusetts brewers came together to form the Massachusetts Brewers Guild. For the last four years, the Mass Brewers Guild has invited craft beer lovers to come together and celebrate local beer at their annual Mass Brewers Fest. This year, they wanted to give their fans something extra special that will only be available for one night only at the Mass Brewers Fest and will showcase each brewer’s art.
