17th Annual San Diego Festival Of Beer
The 17th Annual San Diego Festival of Beer, San Diego’s oldest beer festival, will once again take over the streets of downtown San Diego on Friday, September 9.
More than 5,000 beer lovers attend the annual event that features live bands on two stages, food and more than 150 of San Diego’s finest craft beers.
More than 70 breweries are expected to participate in this years event. Participating breweries include Deschutes Brewery, La Jolla Brew House, Left Coast Brewing Co., Manzanita Brewing Company, North Coast Brewing Company, Oggi’s Brewing Co., Pizza Port Brewing Co., Stone Brewing Co. and many more.
Admission to the Festival includes 10, four-ounce tastings. Food and wine will be available for purchase inside the event and the first 6,000 guests will receive a free souvenir event logo tasting mug. Advance tickets are $30 through July 31, $35 August 1-31 and $40 beginning Sept. 1. Additional tastes may be purchased for $1 each. The Festival is a fundraiser for San Diego Professionals Against Cancer (SDPAC), with 100 percent of the proceeds benefitting local cancer charities.
