Blog to Win: Free Trip to CANFEST
As the autumn season approaches and various beer weeks and Oktoberfest events flood your craft beer-loving radar, don’t forget to set your sights on CANFEST, the world’s first strictly canned craft beer festival. For our blog-savvy readers, check out this blogger contest that CANFEST organizers have set up. The winner will not only get tickets to all CANFEST festivities, but also round-trip airfare, hotel lodging, food, and a sweet limo ride!
All you’ve got to do is follow the rules below:
Year four. CANFEST, the first, and in our opinion, the best canned beer festival on the planet is back. And we’re also bringing back one of our favorite parts of the event, and that is bringing one of you here.
So, beer writers, bloggers, ranters and ravers- another year, another challenge.
We want you to experience how great our celebration of cans and beer in cans is! And so, for the third time, we officially and proudly announce the CANFEST Beer Blogger Contest!
Here’s the deal:
Starting August 31st through September 28th, we’re offering those with an established beer blog (meaning you didn’t build a blog simply to participate in this contest) an opportunity to write one blog post, with content that includes:
- Why you deserve to come to CANFEST
- Why canned beer is awesome
- A mention of Mammoth Brewing Company’s website, http://www.mammothbrewingco.
com /
& www.canfestbeer.com
We are very partial to creativity and humor. Once your blog post is live, send the link back to my [email protected] email with an appropriate subject line.
Once we’ve got the compiled list of blog posts, we will allow the public to narrow it down to two blog posts. Yes, part of it is a popularity contest. Be ready to mobilize your army. After that, it is at the digression of the CANFEST committee of organizers, which includes me, Mammoth Brewing Company owner, Sean Turner, a beer journalist, a homebrew club president, and a bunch a bike and beer junkies, to decide who put forth the best effort to win.
So now you’ve got the details- get on that writing.
Cheers and happy blogging!
