This year’s fair fuses the classic Lewis Carroll novel, Alice in Wonderland, with Steampunk era and old world machinery themes, including this 19th century style beer. This beer’s authentically true to form technique recaptures the original brewing methods of the steam-powered industrial age, using warmer rather than cooler temperatures to brew this lager.
