Three Floyds Rabbid Rabbit Saison

From Three Floyds – This Franco-Belgian style Farmhouse Ale has an effervescent body and a light straw color. Rabbid Rabbit, with it’s light malt body, augmented by spices, is a complex and frothy beverage with a deceptively high alcohol content. March release.

Three Floyds Brewing – Three Floyds Rabbid Rabbit Saison – 22 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. 7.4% abv. From Dilbert in Indiana!

Appearance: Pours a bright cloudy gold with a thin white film atop.

Aroma: Spicy, earthy yeast and crushed pineapple.

Taste: Earthy, spicy bitter yeast, banana, pineapple, clove and spicy herbal hops in the finish.

Mouthfeel: Thick, modest carbonation.

Overall: Unique, bold, not my bag for a Saison.
