Two Very Limited Barrel Aged Beers from Southampton Public House

Vic – What we imagine an 19th century British Porter would have tasted like. We barrel aged this strong Porter in a red wine barrel for one year and pitched it with a strain of Brettanomyces for authenticity. Only 20 cases bottled.

Hommage – This is our quiet tribute to barrel-aged ales of old and the modern approach of heavy hopping. This unique ale was barrel aged for one year and refermented with wild yeast. Only 20 cases bottled.
