Fieldwork Brewing & Sierra Nevada Collaborate on Midnight Garden Imperial Stout
(Berkeley, CA) – We’re excited to release Midnight Garden American Stout, our Collaboration with Sierra Nevada Brewing! This delicious beer was brewed on the original 40 year old Sierra Nevada five bbl brewhouse set on a trailer in the parking lot of their Torpedo Room in Berkeley. After the wort finished, we transferred the liquid into a fermenter in the back of our truck and transported a few blocks away to our brewery to ferment, condition and can. There isn’t very much of it, so there will be a limit of one four pack per person and there are only 125 four packs available!
We also canned up a fresh batch of Boss Of The Plains IPA yesterday along with a new hazy IPA called Video Armageddon which features Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops.
Boss Of The Plains, Video Armageddon and Midnight Garden will be available at all of our Taprooms tomorrow (Wednesday 5/12) and orders may be placed after 7:30 tonight for Curbside Pickup and Home Delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any of these three beers available for California Direct Shipping. We also have Land Of Fun Kettle Sour Ale, Pulp Free Westcoast IPA, Hot Chocolate Export Stout, Old Technology Lager and Eleanor Farmhouse Ale cans available, and a full selection of Crowlers as well. Please see the tasting notes below for each of these beers.
