We’re open today 5-8 and we’ll be releasing cans of 077NYC. $16/4-pack, 1 case limit/person. ???????????????? 077XX is our double IPA focused on harmonizing the extremes inherent in the nature of an American double IPA for long-term drinkability. 077NYC is the Dubviant tuned up with a third Motueka exclusive dry hop inspired by the places that get it in New York City. Motueka takes lead squeezing an aromatic of lime over 0’dubs mix of dank resins and tropical fruit aromas. Drink 077NYC when a little zip is in order.

We will be releasing Enmeshment IPA in cans and Saison Sótano in bottles Saturday, September 14th, in our tasting room. Both will also be available on draft. *no growler fills for either*⠀⠀ ⠀ ENMESHMENT⠀ Enmeshment is our first official voyage into West Coast India Pale Ales and we couldn’t be happier to jump in on this one with our buddies from @burgeonbeer ! This is an unfiltered IPA brewed with barley, golden promise, and malted wheat. It is fermented with a clean yeast strain and hopped with Simcoe and Michigan grown chinook in the kettle. It is then dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe Cryo, and more Michigan Chinook. We used a harder water profile and aimed for the beer to finish dryer in order to accentuate the hop character. It pours a faint and slightly opaque orange. The aroma is full of citrus and pineapple accompanied by subtle spice and pine. The flavor is crisp and smooth with a balanced bitterness that keeps you reaching for another glass. ⠀ 7.2% abv.⠀ $18/4-pack⠀ Limits: 1 case (six 4-packs)⠀ ⠀ SAISON SÓTANO⠀ This cellar blend is made up of four different foeder and barrel aged beers that come together as a unique saison that still expresses our house character. We let the blend rest in barrels for more than 6 months before being naturally conditioned. It is wonderfully funky with a lot of white wine character. The body is soft and round with just enough bitterness to balance the composition. Flavors of straw and cereal grains mingle with a delicate lemon-like acidity. All together the result is something reminiscent of a farmhouse citrus soda served in an oak tankard. ⠀ 6.1% abv.⠀ $18/bottle⠀ Limits: no limit ⠀ ⠀ We want to give a special thanks to Heidi from @48beerproject for working with us on this label for Saison Sótano!
