We are back with the latest edition of Can Release Daily. Every day, around the world, small breweries are offering some of the freshest, most innovative beers right out of their tasting rooms. With so many breweries releasing so many brightly labeled beers, it’s hard to keep track of it all. Because we love centralized info, we decided to bring you the latest releases in this post. This Saturday we’re releasing Sports. Made with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops, this IPA pays homage to to our beloved Oregon college football teams, the Ducks and the Beavers. Come to 2444 NW 28th Ave this Saturday, November 23 at 9am to snatch it in time for the big game next week! $18/4pack (7% abv, single batch)

Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity, is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.⁠ ⁠ The first in the Daily Serving lineup, available today at all three locations, utilizes a massive dose of fresh raspberry to create a tart and refreshing drinking experience.

Your eyes are not deceiving you, a fresh and utterly delicious batch of SPELLBINDER is in cans and on draft! To keep up with draft demand we’ll only have about 20 cases of cans available so be sure to swing by early to grab some! If you’ve been living under a rock: SPELLBINDER is our house, hazy IPA, brewed with wheat and many pounds of oats, hopped exclusively with Loral lupulin powder and Citra hops multiple times throughout the whirlpool. We then triple dry hopped this beer during fermentation with ludicrous amounts of Citra, Cascade and Mosaic lupulin powder. Super bright aroma of tangerine peel marmalade, overripe strawberry, and pungent dank pineapple #spellbinder #hazyipa #canrelease #oatipa

NEW BEER ⠀ This past September in Long Beach at the California Craft Brewers Association Summit the CCBA hosted the inaugural California Craft Brewers Cup, the premier beer competition for professional brewers. During that competition we were lucky enough to win GOLD in Imperial IPA for our Sticky Sips IIPA w/ Mosaic and Nelson hops. Winning the third hardest category in the competition was extremely rewarding knowing that most of our effort since the beginning of the business has been to progress the quality of our hoppy beers. We couldn’t wait to brew it again and share it with even more people. ⠀ Sticky Sips is a clear West Coast Double IPA containing an almost 8 lb/bbl combo of Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops. The tropical notes of the Nelson mixed with the fruity and dank notes of Mosaic make for a complex, flavorful, and award winning beer. ⠀ Draft of this beer will begin today and can sales will begin on Saturday 11/23 at noon. 4-packs of this beer will be $18 and sold at a limit of SIX 4-packs per person per day.

50lbs y’all, fifty pounds of crushed marzipan candies were thrown in the brew to create a rich, nutty stout with plenty of sweetness & a chocolatey roasty goodness ???? ???? Beyond Lame an all New Zealand hopped IPA is out in cans today. This beer was hopped with Mouetka, Moutere, and Rakau and is packed full of stone and tropical fruits.

Releasing tomorrow! Canning went smoothly, we are moving things around and will have both of these available tomorrow (11/22) at open! Upload is a Double Dry Hopped DIPA – this one features galaxy quite heavily, including all of the dry hops. $18/4 pack Tic Tac Toast is a nod to our 2 earlier collabs at Monkish, this Double Dry Hopped (maybe triple?)
