Here is the latest edition of Can Release Daily! We’ve always appreciated centralized information, and here we have some of the hottest can release drops around the country bundled in one post. We understand that these cans might be long gone by the time you read this, we hope this also serves a purpose by showing you what you might want to trade for in the next week or two. Please give us feedback on who we should be looking out for. As another storm aims for Burlington tonight, we’re gearing up by dropping a round of The Shining and Youth Lagoon at 6pm. Preparation is key- Stop by and take some cans to go. That way, if Mother Nature decides hit us with some snow, you’ll have some of our favorite Double IPAs to tide you over. And if not, at least you’ll have your beer. The Gemheart Cycle, releasing this Saturday at 12pm! ???????????? THE MAP (7%) Sour IPA with raw wheat, malted oat, extra milk sugar, lemon purée & black lava salt; hopped w/ Mosaic & Azacca. $20 four-pack / 1 case per person starting allotment. ⛰????⛰ THE TERRITORY (7%) Sour IPA with raw wheat, malted oat, milk sugar, rhubarb, lemon purée & elderberries; hopped w/ Mosaic. $20 four-pack / 1 case per person starting allotment. ????????‍♂️❣️????????‍♀️ GEMHEART (8%) Sour DIPA with raw wheat, malted oat, milk sugar, black currant, lemon purée & rooibos tea; Simcoe & Azacca. $20 four-pack / 1 case per person. ????????????‍♂️???? More info coming soon! We will begin to hand out wristbands at 8am. If you plan to arrive before this, it will be your responsibility to keep your place in line. At 8am, an HVB employee will go down the line and give a wristband out to each guest. Once you receive a wristband, you’re free to explore our beautiful city! If you arrive after 8am, please come to the front door to receive your wristband. If you choose to leave, please make sure that you return to the line at 1130am, sharp! Depending on how many people come by, we might have to lower the allotment after the first hundred people. We’ll be using different colored wristbands to make these allotment groups clear. Also, please do not remove your wristband! We will not be able to honor wristbands which have been ripped or removed. Thank you! Tomorrow at 5:00pm at our @fermentaria, we will be releasing hyper fresh cans of Guava Coconut Milkshake IPA, Crab, and Everything Feels Bad. And Then You Die. . Guava Coconut Milkshake IPA is another step in our endless psychorganoleptic journey to further broaden the scope of our genre-bending Culinary IPA series. Brewed with heavy amounts of fluffy oats and lactose sugar. Hopped AND dry-hopped aggressively with Citra and Mosaic, with a splash of Sabro which we found has a very profound coconut character to it. Conditioned upon an enormous amount of pungent guava purée, a mountain of freshly toasted coconut flakes, and of course loads of Madagascar vanilla beans. Psychically brewed with mind crystals from our sisters at @omnipollo. Dripping with notes of mango candies, orange julius, guava sorbetto, coconut butter, and tropical fruit cocktail. 7.2% abv. $22/four pack. . Everything Feels Bad. And then You Die. is a Nelson Sauvin Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our cross country darlings at @degardebrewing out of Tillamook, OR. Composed of a grist of German Pilsner malt, American 2 Row barley and British malted oats. Hopped and dry hopped assertively with Australian Galaxy, German Callista, Pacific Northwest Columbus, and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. A Double IPA from DeGarde. =) Notes of resinous pineapple, candied cantaloupe, fragrant dankness, mango custard, cooked blueberry and noble fir. 10.1% abv. $20/four pack. . . CRAB is a Nelson Sauvin Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our cross country darlings at @degardebrewing out of Tillamook, OR. Composed of a grist of German Pilsner malt, American 2 Row barley and British malted oats. Hopped and dry hopped assertively with Australian Galaxy, German Callista, Pacific Northwest Columbus, and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. We open today at NOON to release cans of Turok Juice, Tiny Dankster and Mo’ Strata. Turok Juice: IPA fermented with expressive yeast and hopped singularly with Mosaic. Four 4-packs per person, $18 per 4-pack Tiny Dankster: Lightly hazy West Coast pale fermented with neutral ale yeast and hopped with Citra, Nelson and Mosaic. Four 4-packs per person, $16 per 4-pack Mo’ Strata: a new addition to the Mo’ IPA series, this time featuring the always delightful Mosaic hop and a new comer and Rookie Hop of the Year, Strata. Four 4-packs per person, $18 per 4-pack. Finally we have the biggest and tastiest single hop Nelson beer we’ve ever made. Triple Mt. Nelson utilizes a reckless 9 lbs per barrel of 4 different lots of Nelson, each of which we personally selected in New Zealand in March of 2018. Wait until you smell this beer; gushy aromas of orange, guava, pineapple, and hints of pomelo, lemon zest, overripe fuyu persimmon and diesel. If you can somehow stop inhaling the aroma and actually take a sip you’ll see the flavor follows suit with pithy citrus, lush topical fruit sugars lie that exuded from ripe papaya flesh, all balanced by some piney bitterness and warming alcohol. 9.5% ABV 70 IBUs Yes to Crowlers/Growlers FYI: many people have asked if we will be sending cans to Cellarmaker House of Pizza every release. The answer is: it depends on the initial day of sales at Howard St. If there’s a surplus of cans left over then chances are we will send a few cases of whichever beer is left to CHoP on Wednesday after it opens back up from closure on Tuesdays. That’s why it’s useful to follow CHoP at @cellarmakerhouseofpizza to see what makes it down there. ☮️☮️☮️☮️☮️☮️☮️
