Bottle Logic Brewing’s Head Brewer Kyle Manns Resigns
(Anaheim,CA) – The Full Pint got word this weekend that Kyle Manns, head brewer of Bottle Logic Brewing, has resigned from his position. For those not familiar with Bottle Logic or Kyle, basically, Kyle is a world class, medal winning brewer who left TAPS Fishhouse and Brewery a few years ago to help startup Bottle Logic Brewing. In the short time Bottle Logic Brewing has been open, Kyle and the team have been dazzling the Orange County craft beer scene with a very snazzy and delicious approach that compliments and contrasts other neighboring small breweries. Just last month, Bottle Logic, with the help of Kyle, brought home a GABF gold medal for American-Style Dark Lager. Following along on social media, we’ve been teased by many more creative offerings in the pipeline that have Kyle’s name written all over it. By no means are we saying that Kyle is 100% the reason Bottle Logic has rapidly climbed to stardom, however, he was a very important player on the team.
We reached out to Bottle Logic Brewing’s Co-Founder/Brand Manager Brandon Buckner for statement on Kyle’s departure. We look forward to seeing how this unfolds and how Bottle Logic Brewing will remain in great light.
“We’re sad to see Kyle to go, but we are thankful for the time he was able to spend with us. We wish him well in all his future ventures. As for the future, we are excited for our ever growing barrel program and we are searching for the right person to help us continue to grow. Our anniversary is coming up soon and we have a lot of fun beers in store for everyone!”
