Aspen Brewing Co.’s New Release – Cougar

(Aspen, CO) – Christmas Day, 2015, the Aspen Brewing Company will release one of its longest aged, most intriguing beers, the Cougar. This Sour Aged version of “This Season’s Blonde” has spent its life aging in French Oak barrels sharing its quarters with the finest Organic Colorado peaches and our proprietary sour mix.

Now, aged to perfection, the Cougar has been known to bite. She is slightly sour but graciously complimented with sweet peach and citrus flavor.

Available on Christmas Day, the Cougar bombers will be a limited, specialty release. Once she’s gone, the Cougar tends to find greener pastures so make sure you take advantage of this opportunity. You can find plentiful amounts of her in our Tap Room as well as liquor stores through out the glorious state of Colorado. Your local Front Range, Interstate 70 and Roaring Fork Valley locations will all be displaying her front and center so take a minute to check her out, pick her up and take her home.
