Modern Times Beer Trueland – Truly delicious! A pale ale filled to the brim with hops. Simcoe hits with a piney dankness then amarillo lightens it up with a tangerine zest. No lies allowed here, so believe us when we say… Drink this beer! ABV: 5.5%
Almanac Beer Farmer’s Reserve Raspberry – Raspberries and sour beer is a magical pairing that creates something more than the sum of its parts: a perfect summer day in a glass. Our version of a Framboise draws inspiration from the farmland in the Santa Cruz mountains, where windswept hills have warm days and cool nights that result in tight, red berries with complex flavors and a ruby red-color. Combined with our sour blonde ale, the final blend highlights huge fruit flavor and the bounty of Coastal California. Pair with pancakes, seared duck breast and summer fruit tarts. ABV 7%
Almanac Beer Pumpkin Pie de’Brettaville – Pumpkin Pie de Brettaville is a magical mix of barrel-aging and the rich flavors of autumn. We start with heirloom pumpkins from Bodega Bay and roast them whole to create a deep sugary caramelization. We add the pumpkins to a bright brettanomyces-fermented beer, and then age it in oak casks with a selection of our favorite pumpkin pie spices; whole vanilla beans, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Finally we blend the barrels back together to create a cohesive whole with rich layers of oak, spice and caramelized pumpkin. Pair this complex sipper alongside autumn campfires, turning leaves and one extra slice of mom’s Thanksgiving pie. ABV 7%
The Lost Abbey Angel’s Share – The miracle workers over at Lost Abbey bring back the spirits lost in brewing known as “the angel’s share” by aging this barleywine ale in those bourbon barrels. End result… Heavenly, with caramel malt, vanilla and oak. ABV: 12.5 % | 100 Pts
