You have heard about all the rage of other breweries “talking” about doing a real bacon-flavored beer, but why not come down and try a “real” one instead???
Tues. – Jan. 5th!! 6:00 PM…The “Smokey Joe Brown” goes on Cask @ The Watch!!! Our True Bacon (Benton’s) Flavored Rauchbier goes on tap, oink, oink! This ole’ squealer will be ready to drink!! Be There… it will go fast and maybe I’ll tell ya how we did it!!!
This is a smoked Brown ale with the real essence of Benton’s Bacon from Tennessee! We carefully and cleanly extracted all the flavor of this cooked bacon and put it into our cask version of this brew!
There is limited supply of Aaron’s “Chocolate Covered Benton’s Hickory Smoked Bacon” for anyone who orders a pint… Come early, as we only have a limited amount of this delicious accompaniment to our Cask Beer!
The aftertaste of our Rauchbier reminds me a campfire breakfast… the slight smokiness of the malt, a hint of vanilla with the essence of the hickory flavored bacon all meld in your mouth in a subtle, full breakfast fashion … who can say no to bacon at breakfast so why not in a beer???
This cask will go lightning fast so be sure to come down @ 6:00 p.m. and try it while it’s sizzlin’!!!
If you like this idea of a beer, we’ll also be unveiling “Cyrus’s Triple Oink Brown” on cask on tap Thursday, January 14th!!! This Rauchbier will have a sweeter, smokier flavor with 3 times the essence of the bacon from the first one!!!
