Craft Beer Tastes From Dozens Of Breweries & Food Samples
A premier southern California beer-tasting festival featuring dozens of seasonal, craft and micro-brews paired alongside cuisine from fabulous eateries. A classy approach to beer tasting, Taste of Brews pays homage to the passion and excitement that today’s full-flavored craft beers are generating among consumers.
Saturday, October 15 – Lantern Bay Park in Dana Point, California, a spectacular location overlooking Dana Point Harbor and adjacent to the Laguna Cliffs Marriott.
Lantern Bay Park will be transformed into a fall festival featuring Oktoberfest, an Oom Pah band, lederhosen-clad staff, German beers and the colors and flavors of autumn. Detailed information and all-inclusive tickets are available at www.tasteofbrews.com
Tickets: General admission attendees will sample among dozens of brands and savor local cuisine. Premium VIP packages take the tasting experience to a heightened level with early entry, the “Stella” lounge area and other upscale amenities. Prices begin at $45 and include beer tastes, free food samples (while quantities last) and water.
All attendees will be treated to live musical entertainment along with a dynamic MC.

According to the Brewers Association, while overall U.S. beer sales were down in 2010, the craft brewing industry grew 11% by volume and 12% by dollars. More 1,700 breweries operated for some or all of 2010, the highest total since the late-1800s. More than 90 percent of these are small and/or independent craft brewers.
