Southampton Publick House Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day
There’s no better place to experience old-fashioned Irish hospitality on St. Patrick’s Day (March 17) than at Southampton Publick House.
An ala carte menu of traditional Irish fare including appetizer choices such as Beef Stout Soup, Corned Beef and Potato Spring Roll with a mustard fondue, Smoked Salmon salad (cream cheese and scallions wrapped in smoked salmon topped capers and shaved red onions over arugula with white balsamic vinaigrette).
Entrees including Traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage with stewed red bliss potatoes and carrots, Corned Beef Reuben, Shepherd’s Pie, Irish Lamb Stew and Pretzel-coated Atlantic Cod served with a mustard ale burblanc, rosemary roasted potatoes and sautéed baby spinach and homemade Baileys Cheese Cake will be served all day. Cream Stout pints and Tullamore Dew specials are on tap. Beginning at 6pm, the father/daughter duo, The O’Connel’s will play traditional Irish music in the dining room.
