Sixpoint Brewery’s 7th Anniversary Beer Dinner At Silk City
Sixpoint Brewery is proud to announce a very special beer dinner to commemorate our 7th anniversary – Monday, February 20th @ 7pm. This custom menu features five dishes developed specifically for the event by the world-class chefs at Silk City to pair with five different Sixpoint beers. Of the five beers, four are very small batch draft-only products rarely seen in Philadelphia. The crown jewel of the line up is the Sixpoint 7th Anniversary Belgian Red IPA, a one-time only brew which is 7.7% ABV and 77 IBUs.
First Course – Oysters 3 Ways Paired with Otis Stout
“Fried” – with Remoulade
“Escabeche” – grains of paradise & lemon emulsion
“Raw” – spicy trout roe
Second Course – Wild Boar Meatballs Paired with Bark Red Ale
Anson Mills Polenta, Chanterelle Mushrooms Gravy, Shaved Parmesan, Baby Arugula
Third Course – Smoked Lamb Enchiladas Paired with Signal Smoked Pale Ale
Almond Mole’ & Goat Cheese
Fourth Course Grilled Pork Bell Paired with the 7th Anniversary Red IPA
Quince Puree, Cider Butterscotch, Sunchoke, Mustard Greens & Chicharones Salad
Final Taste Paired with Diesel Stout
