Beer Releases
Fat Woody Scotch Ale What Happens when Silver City brewers take a world class beer like Fat Scotch Ale And age it for over a month on American Oak? A completely unique and wonderful Beer emerges. The slight peaty malty scotch ale and the complex vanilla character Of the oak meld seamlessly over time to create what we think is….An exceptionally satisfying beer! ABV 9.2% Released the first week of January
WhoopPass Double IPA Without a doubt the boldest and hoppiest mother of a brew Silver City has ever created. More then 50 lbs. of Washington State Columbus and Cascade hops are infused, injected or otherwise inflicted upon a single 15 barrel batch. Welcome to hop country! ABV 8.5% IBU’s 85 Released the first week of January
Gold Mtn Pilsner Brewed with North American lager malt and Czechoslovakian hops and yeast, Gold Mountain Pilsner beautifully blends old world and new. A lagering period (cold storage) of 4 to 6 weeks allows this most delicate of brews to become bright and clear. At this time, the malt character is now fully developed and the entire beer has lost its rough edges becoming soft and elegant. The perfect pint for a warm summers day or any day for that matter, Gold Mt. Pilsner rewards with clean, crisp, quaffable flavor every time. Enjoy! Bronze Medal – Great American Beer Festival – 2009 Gold Medal – Great American Beer Festival – 2006 Released Mid – January
