A new brewery in Orange County, The Bruery has been gaining a lot of recognition recently for their Belgian influenced beers, which hit San Francisco for the first time just a few months ago.
Alembic will be featuring his fantastic line of bottle conditioned ales, and Patrick will be bringing a few kegs that will be featured on draft exclusively for this event. It’s a great chance to preview some of their upcoming releases, and the Alembic Chef’s will be rolling out some tasty treats to pair with these fine ales. Don’t miss it, stop by for a little afternoon delight before heading off to enjoy the SF Beer Week nightlife!
A small craft brewery located in Orange County, California, The Bruery’s simple but often confusing name is a fusion of ‘brewery’ with our family name, Rue. Our calling is to create beers with character and depth using the simplest and purest of means. We do not filter or pasteurize our beers. All of our bottled beers gain carbonation through 100% bottle conditioning, allowing carbonation to naturally occur through a secondary bottle fermentation. We strive to use unconventional ingredients, and we will proudly state what we put in our beers. We enjoy serving you, your friends and your family.
The Alembic Bar, located in SF’s Haight Ashbury neighborhood, has fast become one of the city’s best spots for all things whiskey, beer, wine and especially cocktail. They take the time to scour the globe for the finest ingredients, often serving some of the rarest bottlings, and venturing into both the classic cocktail canon and the cutting egde. And they are champions of the local beer scene, so you’ll always find a good range of craft beer from all over the Bay Area, especially from their antecedent, Magnolia Gastropub & Brewery.
