North Coast Brew Dinner At Hopmonk Sonoma
Sonoma, CA – Dean Biersch, owner and proprietor of the acclaimed HopMonk Tavern in Sebastopol and Sonoma, is thrilled to be hosting an extraordinary Brewer’s Dinner with North Coast Brewing Company on Sunday, February 19th, at the Sonoma Tavern.
The evening will feature special guest, Mark Ruedrich, Owner and Brew Master of North Coast Brewing Co.. North Coast Brewing Co. will highlight five of their beers paired along side a menu prepared by Executive Chef Billy Reid.
The dinner begins at 6:00 PM, and reservations can be made by calling the Tavern at (707) 935-9100. The cost for the evening is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Red Seal Ale paired with House made gnocchi lighted tossed in a pancetta and “estero gold” cream sauce with basil oil

Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout paired with Linguica crusted scallops, forbidden rice and grilled romaine with Imperial Stout reduction

Brother Thelonious Abbey Ale paired with Coffee spiced cookies with “Thelonious Mousse”
