AleSmith Pairing Dinner in Vegas!

We are very excited to announce our very first AleSmith Pairing Dinner in Las Vegas with Schuyler Schultz, Executive Chef of the Sonoma Cellar Steakhouse and a proponent of organic, sutainable, and “farm to table” ingredients. Together we have created what we know will be an amazing night with five (maybe six) courses of great beer and great food; the menu is fantastic! Peter, Bill and Jessica will be there from the AleSmith crew, and we hope to have a slew of AleSmith fans there for this event. We haven’t been there yet, but the Sunset Station Hotel and Casino looks like a blast (over 70 lanes of bowling and a movie theater, too?!). So whether you live in the Vegas area and are looking to try some AleSmith brews for the first time, or whether you’re looking for a reason to hit Vegas for the weekend, come join us!
Pricing for this dinner will be $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and reservations can be made by either calling Sonoma Cellar Steakhouse after 4pm PDT at (702) 547-7898. Please contact Jessica at [email protected] for questions about the dinner.

The Stone Brewing 12th Anniversary Celebration & Invitational Beer Festival will take place on the campus of Cal State San Marcos and AleSmith will be there to partake in the festivities. A Fundraiser to Save the Ta Tas

Our friends Abby, Alex, Dave, Kemoyah, Scott and Stephanie will all be walking the Breast Cancer 3-day walk and need $13,200 to participate. Please join us at Hamilton’s Tavern (1521 30th Street) from 2pm-6pm to help them out! We’ll be donating beer for $5.00 pints along with the folks at Ballast Point Brewing Co., San Diego Brewing Co., and Mission Brewing. AleSmith will be providing a cask of our Nautical Nut Brown Ale (and plenty of fun, I’m sure). Click here for more information on the festivities!

Tasting Room Hours, Brewery Tours
AleSmith is open for growler fills, bottle sales and sampling on Fridays from 3pm-5pm and Saturdays from 1pm-4pm.
A tour of the brewery is conducted on the last Saturday of each month, starting at 1pm. Please call (858.549.9888) or email ([email protected]) to reserve your spot on the tour!
