Moonlight Brewing Beer Dinner At Hopmonk Sebastpool

Join us Sunday as we host Sonoma County brewing legend, Brian Hunt from Moonlight Brewing co / Graton California Sunday, April 29th, 2012 At 6 PM At The Sebastopol Location.
The evening will feature special guest, Brian Hunt, Owner and Brew Master of Moonlight Brewing. Moonlight Brewing Co. will highlight five of their beers paired along side a menu prepared by Executive Chef Billy Reid.
The dinner begins at 6:00 PM, and reservations can be made by calling the Tavern at (707) 829-7300. The cost for the evening is $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
Dinner Menu:
Opener – Reality czeck-style pils
Aperitif – Lunatic Lager, Tomato & duck confit bruschetta with bitter greens
Appetizer – Death & Taxes Black Beer, Death & Taxes braised oxtail ravioli with light tomato sauce
Entrée – Legal Tender Ale, “Smoke 3 Ways” House smoked pork belly burger with grilled turkey sausage, served with braised beans and petite salad
Dessert – Old Combine, Home made olive oil caked with a light basil cream sauce and toasted pine nuts
