Who: Laurelwood Brewing Company “Whole Hog” Beer Dinner.
What: A five course beer dinner focusing on the many tasty different parts of the majestic pig paired with great Laurelwood specialty brews. ALso to start out the night, ticket holders will be treated to a butchering presentation by the good people at the Portland Meat Collective with the dinner to follow.
