Kick Off GABF With Shmaltz Brewing!
Shmaltz Brewing Company, handcrafters of the new Coney Island Craft Lagers® and HE’BREW: The Chosen Beer®, is excited to announce the official launch of proprietor Jeremy Cowan’s debut book, Craft Beer Bar Mitzvah, at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, CO.
Shmaltz kicks off GABF with a special beer dinner and book launch event on Tuesday, September 14 at Choice City Butcher & Deli. The following night, on Wednesday, September 15 at Falling Rock Tap House, join Jeremy Cowan for a book reading and tasting an array of rare and vintage Shmaltz beers!
Lastly, Jeremy will hold a book signing at the GABF bookstore on Thursday, September 16 from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Stop on by!

Shmaltz Brewing Company is kicking off the Great American Beer Festival with all the chutzpah that you’ve come to expect. Join the crew at Ft. Collins’ premier meat exaltation location slash craft beer bar, Choice City Butcher and Deli. At 6:30, spend a little time with Jeremy Cowan, the owner and proprietor of Shmaltz Brewing then, at 7:00, sit down for a very special beer pairing dinner. Jeremy will also be launching his new book: Craft Beer Bar Mitzvah: How it took 13 years, Extreme Jewish Brewing, and Circus Sideshow Freaks to make Shmaltz Brewing Company an International Success.
