Kern River Brewing Holiday Festivities

Kern River Brewing has a few holiday events for all of the “Nice” folks who frequent the brewery. I guess the “naughty” folks are invited too, but you have to be on your best behavior… well, I guess for those folks maybe the best we can hope for is just “OK” behavior…

Here is the lineup:

Holiday Bottle Share! 12/15 – 4:30-6:30 pm
We’ll have a few Christmas beers and such for your sampling pleasure. Feel free to bring your own to share with a friend.

Christmas Cookie Decorating! 12/16 – 5:00-7:00 pm
For the kid in all of us (and mainly for the actual kids) we will have cookies and decorating materials available. Make your own cookie or pay Maggie to do it. She works for $2 a cookie. Word is that Some guy with a beard and a big belly will be making an appearance. OK, that might be a little ambiguous. Santa will be there.

12/24 – We will be open from 11 am to 4 pm. Again, we will be CLOSING at 4 pm so bring your growlers in early for a fill. You really don’t want to face your relatives without that 64 oz of KRBC Cheer.

12/25 – We will be CLOSED all day. Santa needs a break.

New Year’s Eve Bash! 12/31 – Whenever till Sometime after Midnight – We’ll have live music starting at 9 pm, food specials all day and a champagne toast at midnight to ring in the new year. Actually probably just a glass of champagne, I’m not really sure how to make champagne toast. And it will probably just be sparkling wine, not actually wine from the champagne region of France. You get the picture…

1/1/2014 – if you are still feeling sprightly after New Year’s Eve, come on by the brewery; we will be open. We will also be serving Mimosas to help ease you into 2014.

By the way, if you are stuck on ideas for presents, consider a KRBC gift card, Hoodie or hat. That’s my last plug for 2013. Promise.
