January And February Events From Elysian Brewing
Happy New Year from the Elysian Team.
We have started off the new decade with a host of new beers that we will be showcasing at a number of events coming up..
Trip V – Our ongoing collaboration with New Belgium. Trip V, conceived by New Belgium brewer Andy Sturm, is a mahogany colored brown ale with vanilla, cherries and cocoa. 8.5 abv%, full-bodied with a hint of sweetness and a lingering cherry/cocoa finish. A great mid-winter ale.
Elysian/Green Flash Collaboration: The Red Queen Saison.
Chuck Silva from Green Flash and The Elysian Brewing Team brewed a Winter Saison with rose hips, pink peppercorns and Pink Lady & Braeburn apples in conditioning. 6.5%abv. It is a glass of peppery-apple goodness.

JAN 25 — Elysian Brewery Night: 8pm @ Latona Pub on 65th & Latona
We brewed a special beer just for the occasion.
JAN 26 — Vertical Trip I-V -Beveridge Place Pub; We’ll have all 5 Trip Collaboration beers 7pm
JAN 25-31 — Elysian Belgian Beer Week
Celebrating Belgian beer with 7 Elysian Belgian-style brews pouring all week at our three locations. Orthrus Belgian-style Dubbel, Groaning Board Trappist-style Table Beer, Toro Oro Yerba Mate Tripel, Saison Elysée, Red Queen Saison, Bete Noel & Backhanded Compliment Belgo-American Ale
JAN 27 — Elysian Brewery Night @ The Green Frog
Elysian brews & Moose on guitar 6-9pm in Bellingham
JAN 30 & 31 — Strange Brewfest 2010
Waterstreet Brewing, Port Townsend. We will be pouring Haleakala and Toro Oro Mate Tripel
FEB 1 — The Trip V Release
New Belgium/Elysian Collabeeration beer.
FEB 2 – Elysian Brewery Night @ The Porter House Brewers – Mt Vernon
